What You’ll Do
Develop personalized financial strategies that help clients protect, grow, and transfer their wealth
Educate clients on investment, insurance, and retirement solutions
Build long‑term relationships and a loyal client base
Receive mentorship and hands‑on guidance from experienced leaders and advisors
Leverage Prudential’s partnership with LPL Financial, offering access to a leading independent platform and one of the strongest support systems in the industry
What We Offer
Comprehensive training program with licensing support (SIE, Series 7, 66, and state insurance)
Competitive compensation including base stipend during training, commissions, and performance‑based bonuses

What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in personal finance, investments, or entrepreneurship

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Sales, customer service, or leadership experience a plus
