We are expanding our remote team and seeking individuals who are passionate about leadership, communication, and personal development. This role is ideal for school administrators, academic leaders, and those experienced in managing people, programs, and processes. About Us This is an independent contractor role within the leadership and personal development sector. Our team delivers online courses, leadership workshops, and personal development programs in over 100 countries. We operate fully remotely, collaborating across time zones while maintaining flexibility and independence.

We focus on empowering individuals to grow, lead, and create meaningful change in their lives and communities.

What You’ll Do

Participate in structured training and mentorship

Use company‑approved materials for outreach

Engage with prospective clients through phone and online conversations

Guide individuals through our program offerings and onboarding process

Facilitate support and training sessions for new team members

Maintain consistent communication and follow‑up with professionalism

Responsibilities

Attend weekly virtual training calls

Manage outreach activities across social platforms

Conduct initial conversations with prospective participants

Provide guidance, support, and training to new participants

Maintain organized communication and follow‑up systems
