Position Overview
Pricing Analyst

based in Carrollton, TX. This role supports the Pricing Manager and Pricing Analysts in ensuring accurate pricing and profitability for corporate and franchised stores and in reviewing pricing and profitability reports.
Responsibilities
Ensure 100% correct pricing for all stores.
Verify and correct pricing on purchase orders, sales orders, and credit orders; improve processes as needed.
Assist the pricing team in reviewing and analyzing financial and profitability reports.
Conduct weekly pricing audits and maintain the JD Edwards Advanced Pricing System.
Process purchase order confirmations, accounts payable, and product price variance reconciliation.
Investigate and resolve billing or pricing errors with vendors, AP, customers, or co‑ops.
Process daily data transmission documents from customers and work with multiple, varied customers.
Make judgment calls on accrual of product price variances.
Maintain up‑to‑date SOPs and suggest improvements to management.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (desired).
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and organized.
Sound judgment and follow‑through; capable of handling tasks with significant financial impact.
Excellent process improvement skills.
Strong communication, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
Independent thinker who resolves daily issues effectively.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a sufficient level for job duties and safety protocols.
