Responsibilities
Responsibly serve members online, over the phone, and through the ITM using Member Advantage™ sales and service principles.
Assist members with transactions, loan accounts, questions, complaints, member‑related concerns, procedural and policy concerns, and resolution of account problems.
Consistently meet all referral, sales, and production goals; cross‑sell to contribute to CU goals.
Support the culture of putting members first, for both external and internal members.
Non‑exempt position.
