$70k-$80k Base + Benefits, 401k
We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors that integrates with leading FinTech brands, allowing firms to manage their book of business, streamline workflows, and grow their practice. Founded in 2012, we recently closed our Series B for $30M, currently employ 52 people, and are fully remote.
Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for enterprise customers experiencing issues.
Provide technical support, acting as a technical advisor and leading complex onboarding and integrations.
Conduct product configuration across multiple teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with enterprise software.
Conduct tailored training sessions and webinars as needed.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS customer support/success.
Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise software.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, APIs, cloud services, data migration, security, etc.
Experience working with software integrations between systems.
Ability to work remotely and across distributed teams.
