Responsibilities

Meet clients at scheduled times and locations.

Complete full loan signing packages with precision.

Return completed documents through FedEx/UPS or secure upload.

Maintain logbooks, journals, and proper ID verification.

Communicate with title companies, lenders, and signing services.

Qualifications

Active Notary Commission (or obtain one through our training).

Smartphone or laptop for communication and scanbacks.

Ability to travel within your local area.

Earnings

$75–$200 per loan closing

Additional pay for same-day requests, travel fees, and scanbacks.
