Description: Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO.
Responsibilities
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO
Coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the CEO
Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects.
Maintain department calendars and schedules
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Review invoices and route for proper approval
Run and process department reports
Serves as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
File necessary paperwork
Provide event management support as needed
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Technical proficiency in office related equipment
Must have ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
Must be able to perform at a high level of professionalism and exercise the utmost discretion
Must be able to work independently on projects, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and confidentiality.
Must be proficient in attention to detail and exactitude
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
At least 18 years of age
