Responsibilities
Lead strategic sales campaigns targeted at healthcare payors and providers, aligning with their evolving business and technology strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive service engagement plans that promote close collaboration across sales, technical, and delivery teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering insights on healthcare technology trends, regulatory impacts, and emerging innovations.
Mentor sales teams to cultivate client‑focused strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring excellence in customer service.
Continuously analyze market trends within the healthcare sector to proactively identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of delivering exceptional sales performance with wholesale experience in payout, provider, and Life sciences and medical devices, showcasing a minimum of 15 years of direct experience in the Technology Cloud & Digital space. A comprehensive background in Healthcare is essential to navigate the regulatory and operational complexities of the healthcare market.
Demonstrated ability to engage and prospect at C‑level and senior executive roles, with a keen understanding of client organizational culture, business priorities, and a persuasive approach to compelling business cases. Experience managing extensive and sophisticated customer relationships is critical, coupled with leadership in developing and negotiating complex proposals and contracts.
Significant experience in enterprise IT strategy and transformation is required, with over 20 years working in technology environments and at least 15 focused on leading complex technology and cloud transformation programs. Expertise in IT business transformation, system integration, and digital/cloud transformation initiatives will be instrumental.
Depth of knowledge across outsourced IT solutions and an established track record of driving exponential pipeline growth specifically within large healthcare enterprise accounts. Skilled in influencing internal stakeholders across multiple teams including account management, service lines, and engineering to craft responsive, client‑centric solutions swiftly.
Demonstrated success in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and execution, emphasizing a consultative sales approach supplemented by strong technical understanding. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for successful stakeholder engagement and solution articulation.
