Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (aka Fairy Job Mother)
The Sr. Portfolio Operations Analyst drives superior environmental solution product performance through advanced P&L management, prioritization and execution of new product implementation into our factories. This role is on‑site located in Duncansville, PA.
Responsibilities
Plant Participation
Regular participant in relevant factory meeting content to keep the GM group abreast of any opportunities and concerns in our operational environment, enabling proactive problem solving
Lead on implementing new product processes (like operational lines or software introductions) that the product group needs assistance with into our operational facilities
Facilitate monthly and quarterly SPR reviews, including Gate Reviews and Red Program Reviews
Manage Commercial & New Product Development Milestones
Financial Management
Responsible for putting together regular financial and operational reviews for weekly management discussions to ensure teams are staying on track
Maintain pulse on trends and benchmarks essential in hitting top and bottom line performance for the P&L
Drive FPP Simplification
Simplify and prioritize programs align to profit & loss (P&L) investment expectations across the solution stack and within the regions
Enable rapid decision‑making and empower teams to propose solutions and elevate risks
Governance & Decision‑Making
Manage review agendas and drive decisions and actions
Deploy Vontier Business System tools to enhance portfolio strategy execution
Team Enablement
Coach teams on gate criteria and review readiness
Promote transparency, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration
Qualifications Essential
5+ years proven experience in portfolio management, product strategy, or business operations
3+ years strong leadership and facilitation skills across cross‑functional teams
Demonstrated understanding of product improvement, lifecycle management, daily management and process improvement frameworks for integrated solutions
Ability to manage complex investment decisions and resource trade‑offs
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferable
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
