What role you will play in our team We are seeking talented project professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience levels in project management to join ExxonMobil Global Projects. Locations Carlsbad, New Mexico Midland, Texas Williston, North Dakota
What you will do ExxonMobil Global Projects is hiring talented Construction Engineers and Project Engineers to help deliver world‑class projects in our unconventional portfolio. We’re looking for experienced professionals who bring technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for excellence, field leadership, and safety in project execution. If you’ve honed your skills in project management and project execution, now is the time to join a team that transforms ideas into reality.
About You Skills and Qualifications
Engineering degree required
Demonstrated technical and/or leadership capability
Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze and discuss complex concepts effectively
Ability to work autonomously and contribute to success of a team
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
5-15 years of experience
Oil & Gas experience
Leadership experience
Project Management (construction and project engineering)
Military experience
