Personal Development is a 65‑billion‑dollar industry and we are still experiencing substantial global growth, operating in 150+ countries.
We are looking for motivated and passionate self‑starters ready to progress to the next level with an interest in Leadership, Personal Development and/or Coaching.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Assume responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations of running your business (flexible working hours based on either full or part‑time commitment; you choose when and from where you work).
Generate leads via social media (we teach you how to do this).
Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage the contact points (training and scripts are provided).
Support and coach new business owners to be successful.
Create placements on platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
Participate in weekly training & development streams for up‑skilling via Zoom.
Regularly engage in our Personal Development materials – ‘Be a product of the product’.
Attend training calls for further Personal Growth.
Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience working in a professional capacity either in a corporate environment or self‑employed.
Familiar with basic functionalities of social media applications (e.g., Facebook, Xing, LinkedIn).
Good communication skills.
Passion for growth and development (lifelong learning mindset).
Motivated, solution‑oriented, reliable and organized.
Creative thinker with a can‑do attitude.
