Chartered Building Surveyor - Remote / hybrid working - One L3 per day - £75-£82,000 plus car allowance, plus bonus
Leading City based independent Chartered Surveying practice. Established around in 2014 they have steadily grown their loyal team to around a team of eighteen. Their working environment is both supportive, flexibility and offers little in the way of micro management.
Salary - £75,500 - £82,000 depending on experience
Approx. £5000 car allowance
Potential for bonus scheme
27 days holiday allowance

High fee basis, their average fee for a building survey in London is £1,200+VAT.
One building survey a day only, if it is a homebuyers, possibly two depending on your agreed workload
Can be home of office based or hybrid to suit.
Very low staff turnover due to what they see as a strong, collegiateand autonomous working environment well supportedwith administration and IT systems and ultimately strong earnings potential which is consistentlydelivered.
They quote around 20 building surveys a day and workflow is constant so very safe in terms of earning potential and jobsecurity.
They are looking for motivated and overall diligence surveyors whom prioritisereporting standards, detail and knowledgeover volume.
All figures quoted above are approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments*
