Job Description Sirius Staffing is seeking a Production & Assembly Specialist (Entry Level)
The Production & Assembly Specialist (Entry Level) role focuses on hands‑on assembly, testing, and component handling within a manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual skills, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions while meeting production schedules and quality standards.

Schedule:
M-F 6am-4pm
Rate:
$17.50
Primary Responsibilities
Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to meet production schedules and quality standards
Assemble server components, including:
Motherboards
CPUs
Memory modules
Storage devices
Power supplies
Operate both automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing
Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements
Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols
Accurately log production data and report defects or process deviations
Perform basic hardware analysis or test replication to identify root causes of defects
Execute material movements through integrated tracking systems
Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems
Minimum Qualifications Education
High school diploma or technical certification (required)
Experience
Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Experience with electronics or server hardware assembly is preferred but not required
Skills & Abilities
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Familiarity with ESD‑safe handling procedures (preferred)
Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interfaces
Ability to safely lift and handle server components
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
Work Location & Status
Location: Whitsett, North Carolina
