What You’ll Do As a
Respiratory Therapist,
you’ll be a vital member of our patient care team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional respiratory care.
Deliver hands-on respiratory care including ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, therapeutic gas administration, and emergency interventions.
Follow specified treatment parameters when providing care and operating equipment.
Read and interpret prescriptions, measure arterial blood gases, and review patient information to assess condition.
Determine appropriate treatment methods, duration, precautions, medications, and dosages—ensuring alignment with physician orders.
Monitor patient responses to therapy including vital signs, arterial blood gases, and blood chemistry changes; promptly consult with physicians if adverse reactions occur.
Play a key role in rapid response and code situations, where your expertise and quick decision-making make an immediate differenceincluding artificial respiration, external cardiac massage, and assistance with CPR.
Conduct electrocardiograms (ECGs/EKGs)
Use professional judgment and experience to plan and accomplish patient care goals.

Who We’re Looking For
Must be a graduate of an approved course of respiratory care.
Certified Respiratory Therapists and Registered Respiratory Therapists may be considered.
Must have current licensure with the State of Colorado.
Must have current BLS certification and must maintain current status throughout employment.
ACLS and PALS certifications must be obtained within six months of employment and maintained throughout employment.
Minimum of two years’ experience as a practicing Respiratory Therapist preferred.
What We Offer Our total rewards package includes
Pay Range:
$30.52 - $40.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends
