What You Will Bring
Highly motivated with excellent communication and analytical skills; build and maintain strategic relationships with clients through proactive, consultative communication
Self‑starter who can establish priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
Excellent communication skills, including presentations and written documents
Strong problem‑solving ability and cross‑functional collaboration
Quick grasp of new and complex topics and ability to communicate them clearly
What You Will Get To Do You will work directly with clients to solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction, collaborating with teammates to address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner. Your responsibilities include discovery and education activities that help clients troubleshoot technology and industry‑based issues via phone, email, Salesforce, virtual meetings, and occasional in‑person scenarios.
Customer Value Realization
Spend time understanding the client’s business model and system needs
Act consultatively by offering creative solutions and proactively identifying opportunities to deliver additional value
Identify root causes of problems, provide solutions, and own the relationship from start to finish
Adoption and Client Retention
Educate and train clients on rapidly changing software systems to drive adoption
Troubleshoot platform‑specific and technology‑based issues, working with internal teams to produce resolution
Be a Black Diamond power user to provide the most relevant and creative platform solutions
Emotional Intelligence
Empathy and connection with clients
Approachable and selfless attitude toward others
Curiosity to ask the “why” and continuous learning
Build trust and transparency to strengthen client relationships
Collaboration
