Responsibilities
Provide training and assistance in hygiene, eating, toileting, and community involvement.
Work with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors in a group home setting.
Monitor health needs and provide transportation as needed.
Maintain facility cleanliness and prepare meals.
Complete documentation in accordance with all applicable standards.
Work a rotating schedule, including holidays, weekends, and inclement weather.
Schedule
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift with rotation every other weekend.
Requirements
M1: Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
M2: High school diploma or equivalent.
Fingerprints, state and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and CANIS report required upon request.
Compensation
Annual salary range: $32,493 - $56,863.
Shift Differential: $2.00 for 2nd shift, $3.00 for 3rd shift.
3% Increase for Certified Nursing Assistant.
