About the Role
Health Screeners are needed in Bismarck, ND. These as‑needed positions offer flexibility in scheduling and highly competitive pay. You will be sent out to local companies within your area to perform health screenings for their employees.

Essential Job Functions
Perform and record biometric testing results (height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, BMI)
Conduct blood testing, including finger stick and/or venipuncture, in a fast‑paced environment
Prepare specimens for storage or additional processing
Set up and break down portable blood draw/biometric stations
Transport supplies to and from health screening events (lifting up to 20 lbs.)
Maintain logs and records for all laboratory transactions in accordance with regulations
Must have morning availability (Monday‑Friday) for event‑based employment
Perform other duties as assigned
Education
Minimum high school diploma or GED required
Current national certification in phlebotomy from an approved organization OR:
Certificate/Diploma and transcripts from an accredited phlebotomy program with completed externship
Over 100 successful finger sticks within the last year OR minimum of 200 venipuncture blood draws within the last six months
Active state‑specific phlebotomy certification required for candidates performing phlebotomy in NV, CA, WA, or LA
Experience
1 year of health screening or phlebotomy experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Punctual, responsible, and able to work with limited supervision
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and fast‑paced work capability
Ability to provide proof of professional credentialing
Availability for PRN, event‑driven positions
Ability to pass a full background check and drug screen
Reliable transportation and computer/internet savvy
Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred
