We are expanding our team with full‑time and part‑time therapists who want to build their practice on the northside of Indianapolis. Body One is a family‑owned private practice with three offices in Fishers, Indianapolis, and Zionsville. We provide unmatched, personalized health and wellness services to our clients in an out‑patient setting. With a focus on personal and professional growth, Body One seeks team members with a vision for teamwork and success.

Body One hosts the only Physical Therapy Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist Residency program in Central Indiana, working with UIndy to give newly graduated PTs hands‑on experience, continued education, and exposure to experts. We’re committed to the growth and success of all team members, offering continuing education, mentorship, weekly company feedback, and more.

What We’re Looking For We have an immediate opportunity to expand our team with Licensed Physical Therapists to join the Body One Zionsville clinic. We seek caring, compassionate providers who embrace our patient‑first culture, develop and promote their own niche practice, and deliver the care we’re known for.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (or commensurate)

Post‑doctorate clinical experience

Current, unrestricted Indiana State licensure

Physical Therapist Job Duties

Develop and deliver high‑quality, individualized outpatient physical therapy programs that reduce pain and discomfort and aid recovery or return to activities. This includes:

Reviewing physician referrals and notes regarding patient’s condition.

Performing initial evaluation for treatment and making recommendations, including potential referral for further specialty diagnosis.

Designing and executing customized plans of care to achieve optimal outcomes based on medical needs, goals, and functional restoration.

Providing timely documentation using EMR software.

Providing patients with necessary education on conditions, expectations, limitations, HEP, etc.

Coordinating with other providers (PT and PTA) to deliver appropriate care.

Establishing discharge guidelines including follow‑up recommendations.

Opportunity to share expertise as a peer, mentor, and instructor within the Body One Residency Program.

Encouraged to partner with the Marketing Director to develop and advance your own niche practice, forge strong referral relationships, and contribute clinical expertise to our overall marketing plan.
