Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location:
303 S Main St – Suite 215, Mishawaka, IN 46544
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, two evenings per week
Compensation:
starting at $72,000 annual base, commensurate with experience
Incentives:
potential for $5,000 sign‑on bonus and student relief program

Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
Outpatient experience within the last five years if a practicing clinician
CPR certification
