Location Remote or Hybrid in Vienna
Salary £30-45k Base + Commission
What are we looking for An English and French speaking Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Europe to join our international team.
Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of experience in Finance / Business Valuation, Customer Success or Account Management
The ability to work remotely and autonomously
Experience in working in Customer Success or studies in Finance (ideally in the valuation sphere) - and an aptitude for the other
A strong sense of motivation, a customer-focused mindset, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to learn quickly
Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Fluent / Native English & French
