$79,750-$90,000 BOE (Eligible for productivity bonuses)

Responsibilities
Review patient medical history
Provide excellent 1:1 care for 45 minutes to an hour with an expectation of a minimum of 3.5 units/visit
Diagnose patients by observing movement patterns and listening to their concerns
Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Kansas or ability to obtain license
CPR and first aid certification required
