One of our residential programs located in Hudson Falls, NY has a full‑time 36‑hour AWAKE Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) position available. The schedule for this position is Thursday‑Saturday 9p‑9a. The rate of pay is $20.00/hour + differentials, and this is an hourly position . DSPs provide care and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes helping with daily routines (getting ready, cooking, cleaning, administering medications) and enjoying community activities together. Some support may also involve personal care such as toileting, lifting/transferring, or assisting with medical needs (like g‑tubes). It’s meaningful work that makes a real difference—while having fun along the way!
Qualifications
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
A valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
No experience necessary
