We are seeking PTs who are flexible to go anywhere to our affiliates in 17 states: Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

This is not your average traveling therapy position!

Duties

Effectively screen/evaluate patients within short‑term and long‑term rehab and opportunities for outpatient.

Utilize standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.

Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients within short‑ and long‑term settings.

Administer a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based upon individual patient needs.

Assess patients’ progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to the physical disorders.

Effectively communicate with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers.

Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist.

Position open to PTs at all experience levels.
