Position Summary The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for implementing various social and life enrichment activities for the social, physical, and mental welfare of residents. This temporary on‑call position is scheduled for approximately 24 hours per week.

Compensation The starting salary for this position ranges from $19.00 to $23.00/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D.

Training and Experience: Previous experience working with the elderly in a recreational setting preferred.

Testing: Must successfully pass Eskaton's post‑offer pre‑employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.
