Job Responsibilities
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Qualified to perform moderately complexity testing as defined by CLIA
Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred
1 year of previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
Work Schedule Tuesday-Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm Friday 9:15am-6:15pm Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm Additional hours as needed

Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) plan only.
