Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members. Proven track record of being a self‑starter with a strong desire to learn and grow. Willingness to participate in daily training sessions and apply new skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals. Compensation
