Location Royal Palm Beach, FL
Schedule Seeking 16-20 hr per week | Schedule negotiable – weekday afternoons 2pm-6pm or 3pm-7pm or later in evening
Pay $29.00 – $33.00/hour (commensurate with experience, certifications, and education)
Position Summary Become a part of a dedicated team of licensed healthcare professionals and certified fitness providers who are changing the landscape of injury prevention. We're currently seeking a Part‑Time Injury Prevention Specialist to join us in delivering high‑quality care and injury prevention services to our grocery store warehousing/distribution client in Royal Palm Beach, FL. What You’ll Do
Engage and educate industrial athletes in proactive injury prevention strategies
Promote a culture of collaboration and wellness
Deliver high-quality, individualized care using proven protocols
Efficiently manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
Build rapport and foster trust among team members and clients
Who We’re Looking For Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications and hold an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification:
Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor’s degree
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with associate’s degree
Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) with associate's degree
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with bachelor’s degree
Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor’s degree and certification from a reputable organization
Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science/kinesiology or related field and a reputable certification
Additional Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Proficient in Google Suite
Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
Confident, professional, and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
