We are looking for a Commercial Business Specialist to play a key role in driving business growth by developing compelling proposals, bids, and quotations in response to client requests. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure timely, accurate, and strategic responses. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled negotiator, and strategic thinker who can engage with senior leadership and contribute to continuous process improvement.
***This position is hybrid based in Snoqualmie, Washington. The expectation for on site collaboration is 3+ days per week.***
Responsibilities
Lead the development of proposals, bids, and contract modifications, ensuring alignment with solicitation requirements and company policies.
Analyze and interpret contractual terms, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Manage internal deadlines and coordinate inputs across departments to ensure timely and complete submissions.
Support contract negotiations and maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
Develop and maintain reporting metrics to track deliverables, billing timelines, and project milestones.
Draft and manage related correspondence and documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve contractual issues and support procurement processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and business expansion.
Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures that support commercial growth.

Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred). Equivalent additional experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience in commercial contract management, including proposal development, negotiation, and compliance.
Strong understanding of commercial contracting practices and applicable regulations.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Proven ability to assess risk, develop cost proposals, and resolve complex contractual issues.
Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—across all organizational levels.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
Comfortable working across time zones and participating in early morning or late evening meetings as needed.
Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship (now or in the future).
