Workday HCM Training Specialist (Talent Acquisition & Performance Management)

Location:

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - Local candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training and instructional content related to the State's human resources information system,

Workday (GA@WORK)

.

Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship program creation, interviewing and hiring best practices, and using Workday to streamline recruitment processes.

Research and apply GA@WORK training best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze GA@WORK-related data and develop graphic and narrative reports and presentations.

Maintain and update training materials, including course content, exercises, handouts, and exams, to reflect best practices, policy updates, system changes, and participant feedback.

Conduct instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in person for state entity staff.

Utilize system training environments and related tools to guide participant learning activities.

Assist with administration and maintenance of HRA's Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment requests for learning paths, courses, and exams.

Respond to requests from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with job-related experience in human resources.

Experience at the HR Specialist 2 level or an equivalent role.

An equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, internship experience, or job experience that provides the necessary knowledge and skills.

Experience delivering training through multiple delivery methods, including in-person, online, virtual, and multimedia formats.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with audiences at all organizational levels.

Program management and administrative skills, including organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Aptitude for learning and using technology for training design and data analysis.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using

Workday Core HCM , Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management), or other Workday modules within an HR department as an administrator or trainer.

HRIS systems training experience.
