Bilingual Client Advocate – Full Time (Monday thru Friday 7a - 3:30p)

The Archway is Tarrant County’s only state-designated family violence program – this means we have the honor of working alongside domestic violence victims to keep them safe and simultaneously do our part in holding offenders accountable. Responsibilities
Assist shelter residents with daily living needs and provide general support to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and the building with minimal direct supervision.
Conduct intake assessments and resident orientations.
Maintain and update the client database.
Prepare rooms for new residents.
Conduct safety checks.
Provide shelter coverage as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, sociology preferred, or six months of experience working in a residential facility, shelter, or similar environment.
Bilingual in Spanish (required).
Demonstrated curiosity, trustworthiness, open communication, flexibility, and accountability.
