Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver
– BrightStar Care, Concord / Lexington-Waltham, MA
Salary: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour, depending on shift and assignment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Location: Concord, Lexington, Waltham and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well‑being.
Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Home Health Aide certificate from a reputable program.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Licensed driver with insured automobile and proof of insurance.
Compassionate, dependable, committed to high‑quality care.
Preferred: at least 1 year of documented caregiver/home‑care experience.
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; effective communication skills.
Physical ability to support, push, pull, bend, lift, kneel; lift up to 50 lbs.
