Intellectual Disability- Direct Support Professional

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Intellectual Disability Services team.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to live full, meaningful lives within their communities by providing person-centered support that values individuality, respect, and choice
Key Responsibilities:
Create a healthy, engaging home environment
Provide individualized support in alignment with each person’s service plan
Teach and assist with daily living skills and personal care
Support individuals in achieving valued social roles and independence
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
Provide transportation to activities, employment, and appointments
Advocate for the health, wellness, and independence of the people we support
Build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
Collaborate with team members and families to ensure meaningful outcomes
Position Details:
$20.50 per hour
Full Time and Part Time (first/second shifts, rotating weekends)
Fast 40 (Friday – Monday)
Casual/Per Diem (varying schedule, includes weekends)

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to read, interpret, and apply written information
Basic computer skills, including use of software and web-based systems
Ability to successfully complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR, and other required trainings within mandated timeframes
