Summary of Job Duties The Midlevel Provider (Advanced Practice Nurse – APRN or Physician Assistant – PA) collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary health team to deliver comprehensive care to outpatients at our Family Medical Center in El Dorado. The Midlevel Provider is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, and care coordination for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care, educate future healthcare professionals, and contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives.

Qualifications APRN

Master's Degree in Nursing - Family Medicine

Three (3) years of nursing experience

One (1) year of APRN experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic

PA

Master's Degree - Physician Assistant

1 year of PA experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic

Preferred Qualifications APRN

DNP

Three (3) years of nursing experience

Three (3) years of APRN experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic

PA

Three (3) years of PA experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic

Augmentation: Extend patient care and administrative services in collaboration with UAMS physicians.

Collaborator: Work independently and collaboratively to diagnose and manage patient care, serving as a resource, consultant, and advocate.

Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensuring timely and appropriate consultations.

Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism, effective communication, and confidentiality while assisting internal and external stakeholders.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Information Commensurate with education and experience
