Work Environment This position is best for someone who loves
autonomy!
This role involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients,
requiring travel
within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a
supportive and nurturing environment
conducive to learning and skill development. At Home teammates typically work with one to two patients every day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 5 pm, and 8 am to 5 pm with one hour for transition between patients.
What you will be doing as an At-Home Behavior Therapist
Travel to Client’s Homes: Embrace the opportunity to travel to various locations, meeting families where they are most comfortable. Must be comfortable driving to and from patient homes, up to 45 minutes each way.

Applying the principles of one‑on‑one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential.
Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 12 years old).
Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
Collaborating with a team of like‑minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
Drive your personal vehicle to patient appointments. Arrive promptly and ready to work. Focus entirely on your patient during direct therapy sessions.
What We Offer
Pay ranges depend on experience and the highest level of completed education.
Associates/High School Diploma Track $15.50 – $23.50
Bachelors Degree Track $16.50 – $25.50
Masters Degree Track $17.50 – $27.00
For entry‑level candidates, your first raise is given after you are certified as an RBT. This typically takes 45 days.
An additional $2.00/ hr premium pay on top of base wages.
Mileage reimbursement.
Two oil changes per year (up to $50).
Promotional and raise opportunities every 6 months.
Yearly tenure bonuses.
