We are seeking a Dietary Supervisor to join our team at Platinum Communities. The Dietary Supervisor provides nutritious meals and snacks to residents while following dietary restrictions and guidelines set forth by physicians and the Department of Health Services. They provide overall direction, guidance, and supervision to dietary staff. This position may include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in related field is preferred.
2+ years in a leadership role in a dietary environment, staff management preferred.
Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
On call availability, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.Excellent communication skills.
