Explain the requirements for potential tenants Review the rental application process with potential tenants Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing Qualifications
Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Proven track of successful sales record Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation
