We are a growing Property Management Company in the Atlanta area that currently own and manage many multifamily residential communities in the Atlanta area. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with best-in-class service through impeccable property management and responsive support. We are currently in need of an enthusiastic and ambitious Leasing Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales (preferably in the multifamily residential sector) and will be motivated by the opportunity to work for an hourly pay plus commission. We offer a bonus structure based on move ins and renewals monthly. Our employees are helpful and courteous, and we cultivate those same qualities in new hires. Weekend work and availability is required.

Leasing Consultant responsibilities

Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and libility courses and certifications.

Compliance with company policies and procedures.

Greet prospective residents/traffic and provide tours of the property, model unit and available ready vacancies.

Answer all phone and digital inquiries and provide accurate information.

Provide application information to the prospective resident and verify application data.

Document and follow up with all traffic.

Complete all lease packets prior to move-in.

Prepare leasing office, model(s) and leasing information each day.

Monitor property facilities for neatness, cleanliness and proper function as needed.

Marketing as required.

Assist with all leasing activities and resident relations and retention.

Maintain all property and resident files per company policy.

Additional duties may be assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Valid Driver's License

1+ years or more of sales or related experience preferred

Proficient in computer and communication skills
