Who we are lookingfor: The Mortgage Imaging Specialist is responsible for classifying the imaged documents within the Document Imaging Manager in the Loan Origination System (LOS). This individual will take imaged documents that are uploaded through the customer or mortgage sales portals. The Mortgage Imaging Specialist will be responsible for taking any documents received via email and will upload them into the Document Imaging Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Review all uploaded documentation and move the documents into the correct document folder within the LOS document tree.

Monitor the mortgage fulfillment documentation e-mail inbox for incoming documentation that will be required to be uploaded into the Document Imaging Manager.

Responsible for operating imaging tools for use in the creation of electronic files or archives.

Ensure proper transferal and indexing of images is properly loaded.

Identify common issues and suggest suitable solutions to resolve in a timely manner.

Maintain knowledge of industry compliance standard rules and regulations.

What you’ll need to be successful:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience required

Working knowledge of PC (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities with strong organizational skills.

Proven success working in fast-paced, high volume environments

Ability to handle competing priorities effectively and within established timeframes

High level of integrity and trust, must be a team player with selfless attitude

Ability to work varying hours and overtime if needed

Ability to work in a “High Volume
