The successful applicant will help our client researching and analyzing operational activities to help increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer service and optimize overall operations by identifying more efficient ways to manage resources.

Daily Tasks

Applicant should have PeopleSoft version 9.1 (or greater) Absence Management Experience with the establishment of absence frameworks, absence calendars and configuring entitlements and Time and Labor experience defining work groups and task groups and setting up processing rules so time is managed according to the Authorities business processes.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems.

Work Experience

Four (4) years of experience in systems analysis and programming in a web application environment or similar work on applications in the PeopleSoft environment.

About this position – Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
