Job Summary
The Quick Lane Automotive Service Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, efficient service while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the automotive service industry. Key Responsibilities
Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately Inspect vehicle fluid levels and top off as needed (oil, coolant, brake, transmission, washer fluid) Rotate and balance tires as required Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings Replace basic wear items such as air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs Identify and communicate additional maintenance needs to service advisors Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Use shop equipment and tools properly and safely Deliver timely service while maintaining quality standards Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Skills
Prior lube technician or automotive service experience Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and advance in automotive service Benefits
