Tasks may include training, business process analysis, documentation, system testing, data migration, go-live support, or all the above.**Job Description:****Job Summary:** The Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in delivering successful AssetWorks software implementations for higher education clients. This role involves collaborating with client stakeholders to analyze business processes, configure software solutions, migrate data, create documentation, deliver training, and support system adoption through go-live.**Duties/Responsibilities**:* **Process & System Configuration**
+ Conduct business process analysis (BPA)
+ Configure AiM and ReADY systems based on client needs
+ Capture and document custom interface requirements* **Data & Testing**
+ Support data mapping, migration, and validation
+ Perform system testing and quality assurance* **Training & Documentation**
+ Deliver initial and end-user training on AssetWorks software
+ Create training materials and standard operating procedures* **Go-Live & Support**
+ Assist with go-live planning and execution
+ Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting**Required Skills/Abilities:*** Familiarity with relational databases and data migration processes* Basic knowledge of JavaScript (preferred for ReADY product implementation)* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word,* Basic understanding of MS Project and Visio* Strong written and verbal communication* Ability to work independently and collaboratively* Analytical thinking and problem-solving**Education and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)* 3-5 years of experience implementing or using AssetWorks AiM, Go, or ReADY software* Experience working with facilities management in higher education or public sector environments**Additional eligibility qualifications:**This role requires travel of approximately 10% to 50%, depending on project needs.**Worker Type:**Regular**Number of Openings Available:**1AssetWorks Facilities is an integrated solutions provider focused on facilities management for higher education, focusing on offering IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Solutions).
