As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in helping property owners recover after disaster. You’ll be responsible for scoping, estimating, and managing reconstruction projects while delivering exceptional service to homeowners, insurance adjusters, and property managers.

What You’ll Do:
Inspect residential and commercial loss sites to determine the scope of work
Create accurate estimates in Xactimate
Collaborate with adjusters, property managers, and clients
Manage documentation and communication in tools like Outlook, Dash, Encircle, and Xactimate
Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors
Support emergency on-call rotation as needed
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in construction or restoration estimating
Working knowledge of local building codes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Xactimate and DASH A MUST
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to manage high-stakes situations with confidence and professionalism
