Medical Equipment & Customer Service Representative Pay Range: $21–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Position Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Location: Fully in‑office

What You’ll Do

Manage patient intakes and verify insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, private pay).

Coordinate paperwork and services for medical and respiratory equipment.

Communicate with patients, caregivers, and referral sources.

Process forms, invoices, and delivery paperwork.

Keep accurate records and assist with office tasks.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake preferred.

Knowledge of insurance verification a plus.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
