Responsibilities

Answer incoming communications from customers.

Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customers’ issues.

Requirements

6 months or more of customer service experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.

Computer experience.
