The Spirit Of The Position Position:

Virtual Customer Service Agent

Compensation:

$22/hour

Location:

On-Site in Denver, CO

Availability:

Morning Shifts, Overnight Shifts.

What will I do?

Respond to correspondence and problem resolution promptly, display a caring attitude, and develop rapport with the customer base.

Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can‑do attitude.

Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Positive attitude!

Customer service experience is required.

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Strong customer service experience.

Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.

Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.

Ability to bend, stoop, and squat frequently throughout a shift.
