Responsibilities
Operate forklift safely, taking full responsibility for its safe operation.
Assist in receiving, stocking, shipping, and counting inventory items.
Maintain an organized work environment, including emptying trash and cleaning bays.
Perform duties within the established work and safety procedures.
Assist warehouse associates and supervisors with inventory control and organization.
Operate facility equipment as needed (e.g., bander, power tools, hand tools).
Monitor inventory as directed and keep work area free of hazards.
Participate in assigned trainings and complete other duties as required.
Required for All Jobs
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all company policies and standards.
Adhere to the company’s commitment to workplace safety.
Education and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Qualifications
No experience required.
Skills and Abilities
Basic math, read orders, write instructions, and complete forms.
Willingness to learn to read a tape measure.
Effective and professional communication with customers, employees, and supervisors.
Ability to deal constructively with conflict and recognize potential problems.
Proficiency with or ability to learn current technologies, such as smartphones and inventory control systems.

Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour.
