Direct Care Worker – BAYADA Home Health Care

While you support clients one‑on‑one with activities of daily living, we’ll support you with training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience. We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to reliably serve patients in the following counties: Nassau, Duval, Baker, St. John’s, Clay, Flagler, & Volusia in BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division.
Pay Rate:
$16 - $18 per hour
What you’ll do:
Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Conduct range of motion/exercise activities.
Assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Remind clients of medication schedules.
