Part‑time Property Maintenance Technician needed in Coraopolis area.
Responsibilities
Routine maintenance functions: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
General custodial work and completing work orders.
Refurbishing turnovers and assisting custodial staff with cleaning common spaces as needed.
Grounds maintenance and snow removal.
Qualifications
Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, and reach.
Valid State Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
