Bilingual Color Mixer (Spanish) – Sherwin‑Williams
Color Mixer Specialists tint and mix paint to customer specification. They work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommend solutions, stay up‑to‑date with product features, maintain visual quality, and achieve excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
Base pay range $15.30/hr – $15.30/hr
Responsibilities
Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately
Tint and mix products to customer specifications
Prepare drawdowns for customer submission
Clean, fill, and repair equipment as needed
Maintain precise work order files and formulas
Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
Stock shelves and set up displays
Clean store equipment
Load/unload delivery trucks
Assist in deliveries as needed
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options
Comply with inventory control procedures
Suggest ways to improve sales
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
Previous experience selling paint and related products
Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
