We are looking for an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor to deliver outstanding service, build guest relationships, and drive sales and profitability at our Apex, NC location.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and recommended automotive services, communicating benefits and product features.
Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs.
Communicate all advertising, promotions, warranties, and product information.
Manage the full guest interaction: checking in, scheduling appointments, estimating time requirements, and checking out.
Contribute to promotional merchandising and special events.
Use tools provided to make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines.
Assist Service Manager with vehicle information as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
Perform a variety of manual tasks (lifting, standing, bending, squatting) as required.
Basic Qualifications
Previous automotive guest service experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
No relocation offered.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous tire sales experience.
Previous automotive service sales experience.
Position Criteria
Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results with limited influence from others.
Hard worker who demonstrates responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork.
Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines.
Stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.
